I lucked out with a free upgrade to the Top Floor Executive King Suite, which was a pleasant surprise considering the room size and the issues with the website description. However, the confusion with breakfast vouchers seemed to affect multiple guests, and we were all scattered across different floors, which was a bit inconvenient.
